Hi, sorry guys - I closed myself in my cave for last few days cracking the new Wikipedia updates.
Finally we had breakthrough - it turned out new filters are extremely helpful to us as they removed part that caused issues for us.
We issued few refunds for people that we definitely cannot build links to, from today we start delivering reports again - 10 a day for starters. I will reply to all posts above in few hours by PM to clear everything for you!

I actually sent you your link before seeing this.
Just to be clear - this is on our order form:
"I understand that time of completion is around 7 days - this period can be extended from case to case."
Each customer need to agree to this as we cannot control when Wikipedia updates are rolled out. When such an update hits - it can take from hours to days to crack it and be 100% sure which fields it affects to avoid getting account/websites banned.
This is Wikipedia links after all - its not like building any other links.
Guys, I have sent another batch of orders today - we got cleared backlog from our bulk buyers also.
I got a bit mess here as I am not sure who got links and who didnt (issues with excel file that was erased).
So if you are waiting for link - just send me please transaction ID, url and keywords. I will work on it asap.
Today I managed to finish all orders from last 7 days - but I am sure there are still 15-20 out there where you are waiting for them.
So just PM me and I will get them done priority.
Mean time I will try to re-build excel site and contact all folks waiting.
Some refund are going out today to to sites we cannot work on. If your site wont work with this - we will just refund money and send explanation so no harm done.
