NOTICE (Friday, June 28)
As some of you might have already read, we use WordAi's spinning service/software to spin the content we use on every link pyramid campaign. We love to use WordAi because it is simply the best spinner in terms of human-readable content and content quality despite their high monthly fee.
Unfortunately, WordAi's software is not working properly since this morning (friday, june 28) for some reason, meaning we are unable to process orders until this issue is resolved. However, we have already contacted WordAi's developer and he said to us that the issue will be resolved within the next couple of days. Based on that, all orders from ID #174 to #181 might need an extra 2-3 business days to be delivered. I will make sure personally that all these orders get generously over-delivery as a compensations for this matter.

This depends solely on your keyword's competition.
If you're going for tough, high competition keywords, I'd recommend to limit yourself to 1 keyword per link building campaign. On the other hand, if you're going for low competition keywords, then I'd recommend to use a few keywords but not more than 5 per URL/campaign, as surpassing this number will diversify the link building campaign to so many keywords that it will not be as effective as we intended it to be. Keyword research is key here.

I totally understand your situation there. However, you have to keep in mind that Google see every single URL as an unique URL -no matter if they're from the same domain or not-, meaning that if we spread out any of our link pyramid packages within several URLs, the SERP impact will also be spread among all of these URLs, resulting in a much weaker SERP impact & outcome in each one of them. Because of this, we limit our packages to 1 target URL in order to guarantee the great impact in our client's SERPs that have made our service so popular and our past customers are extremely happy with (feel free to read our customer reviews on this thread).
That being said, we do have had cases like yours in the past and we have always encouraged these clients to rethink about their off-site SEO/link-building strategy and depending on their budget proceed as follows:
big budget: Purchase a link building package of your choice for each one of the URLs you want to rank for separately.
medium/small budget: Pick the most important URLs you're interested in ranking, and purchase a link building package of your choice for each one of the URLs you want to rank for separately. Depending on the size of your budget, vary both the number of URLs selected as well as the package you'd like to purchase (Gold, silver or bronze package).
