it says $5.00 per year, even when I go through your affiliate link.

Edit: ok, I found the link where it says $0.75. when I click on it it sends me to another page where it says $2.95 without website or $1.95 with webiste included. still very cheap. thanks

It is not my affiliate link, I got this offer in an Ad. And I can still see $0.75 registration. Maybe it is based on specific region.

yeah, unfortunately these type of offers usually don't allow PayPal. We can only use Debit/Credit cards i guess.
