2K meaning $2000? That's quite optimistic. You're going to need hosting etc and for keywords that earn you that much you're going to need A LOT of good SEO!

So how is he suppose to buy domains, hosting and SEO tools ect on a $10-$30 budget?
OP there is not much you can invest in at this point for making money with a $10-$20 budget. For now concentrate on
building business connections ect.

What was the niche? It is such a variable and I know 5 minutes is way over exaggerated and impossible.
Matter of fact it takes time for search engines to crawl a website.

You'll probably get scammed on some gigs, be successful on others. Lots of chargebacks from a%$holes on Fiverr, especially for new accounts with no history yet.

Just saying on a small budget and high competition from guys reselling forum services on Fiverr it is not a 1..2...3 make money
method. And it's fine because no method is a " Put $20 in" and make $X.XX" in a few days method.

setup a blog and post some articles
once you start getting some traffic you can monetize it

you wont see profits in few days as one of the person claims
however in long term it will be beneficial and much higher than your actual investment
