Suggestions for small 5-20$ investment?

It's always funny to see how so many ppl are quick to lash out at a newbie or anyone simply trying to come up. 
It's true $5-$20 bucks isn't much at all, but that doesn't mean you can't make any money.
In fact there are lots of ways you can make money from even zero, it just requires some effort (reading , researching forums/web etc.)
I'll give you one:
Search for Tumblr and/or adult methods on here.
if you're not into adult content, the same methods can be applied to anything that is a popular web niche or has a dedicated audience of ppl.
After a week or 2 of solid researching and studying make your first investment, (this will cost you less than $3) on a domain and web hosting.
Spend 50 cent at Register.com or 99cent on a Godaddy domain special
grab hosting from Hostgator for a penny the first month (choose the baby package)
Take the $100 in free Adwords vouchers and use those towards non adult campaigns and or sell them for $25 (or whatever they go for currently) use that towards further investment on proxies down the road.
Push traffic from any social web 2.0 property you have created (by now you should have several from several sites : FB,Twitter,Stumble,Redditt, Tumblr,YT, etc) to your money site (preferably a Wordpress site , but honestly it doesn't have to be. I have several simple one page .html sites that make a min. of $500 a month on autopilot literally...)
Many ppl resent ppl who aren't willing to research for themselves. I too don't like it.
Although, I also don't like ppl who have conveniently forgotten that they started with zero knowledge as well, but love to come off as if they always have.
Never mind haters, handle your business and keep pushing.

I used to resell FB likes and Twitter followers through free Blogger website. Made it professional looking (you can even download themes for your blogger, and I didnt knew that year ago) And after a week of spamming on diffirent google articles and FB fanpages, i made 50$, It wasnt much but It was my first money made online (i sold likes for 8$ and twitter for 10$ - so i had 3$ and 5$ profits).
Right now I WISH I COULD make 30$ a week that would change my life drastically. But all I see is that Without money you cant make money.. I did it once, I HAVE TO MAKE IT AGAIN!

Edit: If someone could help me out, just point me at good direction to make 30$/week THAT would be really appreciated.

Really good tips for a budget starter.
With a small budget you need to keep spending as low as possible, only spend money if you must and look for deals before your purchase.

BIGBIGBIGMamas nailed it! With that investment you can still make money, I have a method and into the affiliate program that you can make $400 or more in one month with yeah $20 investment. This is a realistic figure and I've done it paid me twice. I'll pm you later OP when my review site finish remaking it.
I just laugh here when someone saying about ppd, cb etc... Hey its hard to make money selling something it takes time to build it and for newbies they will get bored. I know that if I help the OP there's a catch yeah there are always a catch... If you join I'll help you from start to finish, I need 50 to 100 people for this preferably those are not earning and willing to follow directions.
I'll pm and I'll you show you what we need to do just maybe if you like the method. You can easily making $5, $10 or more easily, of course depends on your traffic but we will share this how to make it to work.
Right now I'm earning $20 to $40 a day and I just started less than 2 months. You can earn more if you really word hard but its not hard as ppd or cb or anything selling stuff.

Buy a domain from namecheap, get the trial hosting package, iframe a cpa offer and find a way to get traffic to that domain. The possibilities are unbelievable. Ive found over a dozen ways just gotta get creative man. Dont rely on someone telling you something that will work. If its common knowledge chances are it wont work to well. Trust your judgment and try new things and learn from each failure
Learning from your own will take you sometime but learning with someone who does already implement it will take you less time and make money out of it. Don't tell me that my method won't work because I have proof to show you I'm not just a member posting useless post without proof to show to them.
