1. Will the in-stream ad sense video ads will work when users will play videos.
2. Can it be setup to automatically retrieve new upload if not what's the updating process (website's have backend to up date, does andoid app have any backend) ?

1. No, Google does not support that yet in third party apps.
2. It automatically retrieves the videos from search tersm.
