WE always recommend info apps as they are niche targetted and get more installs.

How do you make money with this?

WE put your revmob and admob ads of these apps and when a user opens the app the ads come up.

You get paid CPM from admod/revmob.

What do you deliver? As in...source, apk, signed or unsigned, website per app, do you upload to PLAY, do you create dev accounts, etc?
What about goods for creating the page on PLAY (icons, screenshots, descriptions?
Is any marketing for the app included (reviews/ratings)?
And what are the steps we would need to take prior/during/after purchase to get up and running? Costs?

We do deliver you the apk file. If you want us to upload it to google play we can do it for free or you can do it yourself but google play charges $25 for each developer account.

We provide you the icons/screenshots/descriptions of the app so it helps you in submitting the app to google play

You just need an account at admob or revmob to get started..
