Hi Guys.

I received 40+ links from my VA today.
I am sorting them and sending them to all you now.
I will start from tomorrow once I confirm they stick.
If we wont be able to get them to stick we will organize some refunds for people that cannot get their links posted (we are talking here about something like 15 orders).

My link was removed over two weeks ago. I sent a PM and you said you would get back to me the same day. I still haven't heard back.

I'd rather take the link over a refund but please communicate.
 
I think i have waited enough. I have placed an order on June 4th but still no update for my order.
It is June 27th 3:00 am EST, I'm tried of waiting, so please refund my money asap.
If you don't refund my money within today, I ll dispute the transaction through paypal.

I placed an order on 4/15 and never heard back from you. Did it ever get created?
 
As a customer, I just need your reply regarding the process. I was glad at the first time, when you send me the report. However, in just two weeks the link got deleted. Based on your guarantee in this service, I do ask you to fix this problem. Since then, I feel hard to get some replies from you. I have to ask a couple of times in the thread and PM, but you reply just once. I realize that you got some problems, and understand your condition, but I and other customers need an answer, a good answer from you regarding the this service. If you can't deliver your work, kindly refund the money. Thanks
 
My link got deleted as well. Wrote to him multiple times about it with no reply. Ordered more orders and nothing was done and I asked for either the links to be finished or a refund and still no reply. This is not the way to do business and if I don't hear back within the next day, I will just contact American Express and file a charge back. I never have had to do this with any BHW providers but you may end up being the first one. BTW if I do file a charge back Paypal will take the money from your account and you Paypal account may be suspended. I really do not want to do this but I may be forced to if I don't get a response.

Hi guys.

Got back today from my family house - I was unable to connect since 4 days to web due to freaking storm destroying phone lines :/
I am catching up with all requests - 30 (!) emails and PMs answered today, rest will be answered once I am back awake.
