I'm planning to do now! But do I still need to profide a fresh link. What I hear from
other people here they purchase seo gigs from diferent sellers all the time. So what, that means I cant order the same service twice. When I order this one I cant use again or another? because its not fresh/new link anymore? I dont understand why so many claim all these diferent things. Makes my head spin about what to choose..

as long as you didn't get the url submitted to social bookmark sites before, it's fine. But if you submit the url which is not fresh, most submission will fails.
