Never thought this would happen to me!

Happy anniversary to the both of you Mate !
we've been together like, forever, more than half a lifetime, last few years I've always been away, (in rather shitey places) so when you're away and lonely you kinda remember those things.
we've done just about everything, good and rough, big parties, intimate parties, holidays with fancy dinners, a bottle of wine when we're broke (more often than not) even had a chemo dinner one year!
Never forgotten though, cause we got married on a very particular day, but never remember how long....really doesn't matter as long as we're together.
Make a big deal of it next year, and the next and the next ,....and the next, she may just forgive you !
(and use your smartphone :pat:)

Belated Happy Anniversay buddy !

yeah, it happens sometime ;)

By the way, the gifs you chose to describer your situation are amazing !! :D

Have you ever watched one of them comedy shows where the man forgets the wedding anniversary? Well here is my story..

Yesterday my wife and I were talking and here is how it went.

Wife: Don't you have a kids birthday this month?
Me: Nope! There are no birthdays in June, or July.
Wife: There has to be something this month.....
Me: Nope.
Wife: Isn't today the 18th?????
Me: Nope. It's the 19th.....

Long Awkward Pause..........

Me: Oh shit!!! Happy anniversary honey!

Nice one! enjoy the anniversary :) are you going on holidays to celebrate or local? :)

This is what I do. Go out and buy a card for every event, spend a while and get really nice ones. Birthday, anniversary, valentines, Halloween, gt pne for everything you think of,,including a few generic i love you/thinking of you. They come in handy.

Now put these somewhere they will stay clean and and put them somewhere your par'Mahc'Kai wont find them. If you ever get stuck but remember the night before, you can still have a card for the next morning,

Just hit your stash, pick out the right card, and Bob's your Uncle.

You do have to actually remember before the day is over, though

I haven't messed up in years.

Oh and by the way, this is one she will never let go of.

I just stuck all that stuff into outlook reminders about 10 years ago, I just move the .pst file to each new computer and I never forget a brthday/anniversary again
