LIKESASAP.COM another Scam down

hi everyone
I asked someone to increase G+ like to my site . he was using LIKESASAP.COM
And G+ likes increased very fast in paste two days from now .
but today all likes decreased from 120 to 18 when I opened LIKESASAP.COM I found it down .
even their domain are not linked to any server or IP Like it never exist !.
I not lost any money because the personal I hire cancel the order .
but what about other people who already bought Likes from them .
specially I almost pay to them yesterday but I decided to wait and test the service before give them the money .
