Jingling question - How to turn off Jingling?

Hi all.
Basically I got myself a Jingling from here, as my boss instructs me to "give him some traffic".
I test it without a hitch on Friday evening, and let it run on Saturday and Sunday, and the boss is highly impressed by the fake traffic.

Later on the Monday, the website has slowed to a crawl. When looking up at my bandwidth, sure enough, the bandwidth is quite high. I also checked with the Google Analytic Real Time, and I see a lot of traffic came from United States and other countries (my country is not United States, and my web is not English, so 90% of these foreign traffic must came from Jingling). So, I proceed to close the Jingling application, hopefully killing the fake traffic and let the real traffic in.

After a few minutes, I check again and then there are still some foreign traffics in my site (checked through Google Analytic).
So, I restart my PC, and then discover that Jingling is started also during booting up. So, I proceed to end those process too.
I also confirm that my PC is not sending traffic anymore to proxies, by checking using the netstat-ano command.
Until now, there are still some unexpected US visitors in my site.

My question will be :
1. Have I shut down the Jingling properly? If I shut down it properly then those US visitors are real. If I don't shut it down properly, how to shut it down properly?
2. Is there any fake traffic generator better than Jingling, preferably safer?
3. Is this safe?

Additional Note :
One of my main goal to use Jingling is to boost up visitor count and Alexa ranking. Though unimportant for SEO, those two figures are sought out my Internet marketers and advertising companies.

If you can uninstall it like a normal program then use "Revo uninstaller".

1.-when you run jingling for the first time it installs the program at the startup, in order to stop the program you have to kill the process or just uninstall it.
2.-there are many fake traffic generators but you'll need lists of fresh proxies.
3.-safe? trojans and your IP used as a proxy... there's no risk for your life for sure.

Thanks, program must be killed rather than just closed.
I have tried other fake traffic generator, such as tviewer 2.0 and FastVisits, but Analytics don't count them. Can you suggest me other fake traffic generator?

Yes, I understand that using Jingling has considerable risk, but as my PC is not used for my personal use, I think it is a calculated risk. At this moment, Jingling is able to give thousands of traffics each day, while the other tools that I know seems unable to match Jingling's quantity. But I do like a suggestion on which traffic generator is better than Jingling.
