Thanks for the method, but I was wondering why you were setting up a landing page if you already got their email?
LP help visitors make decide more easier. Usually they always self-defense from email content. LP can increase convert rate around 20-30%

As peterno responded, it increases the conversion rates, but more importantly than that, how would you fire up the incentive content gateway without using a landing page? You could use a file locker or something like sharecash to host the files but that would hurt your conversions and earnings. LP allows you to quickly convince the user with what you have to offer, then once they press download, the content gateway pops up.
I haven't uploaded since years but you mind telling me what's the exact issue you're having? Does the torrent get deleted or are you having a technical issue uploading the torrent itself?

You're obviously doing something that makes it super obvious you're spamming.
1) You're not uploading high quality, useful torrents.
2) You're pushing too much for them to email you and your torrent gets flagged.

I just added a working Windows 7 keygen. And there are many people who have uploaded the same torrent.
I just have kept a HTML page in my downloaded folder, which when clicked by the downloader will go to my landing page. Is this the problem?
Also i have one more question. Why not the user download the software we advertise in the landing page also from torrent? instead of filling the surveys?? What to do if this happens?

Obviously you didn't read carefully what OP mentioned
1st Mistake: You should not post torrent that already existed on the torrent site
2nd Mistake: HTML page is definitely spammy, it will get your torrent flagged immediately, you missed important point by OP which is get people to email you to make it as natural as it feels
To your last question, refer 1st mistake above.

Thanks for chiming in with the replies guys. @yaseking, think ebook niche. The niche is perhaps the only thing you need to put thought into and it differentiates someone having success with this method from someone having nothing. With anything I post here, I always try to leave some space for people's brains. Because my niche still works pretty well though I'm not utilizing it much, I could very easily give away the full blueprint and you could copy/paste it as is.
But what this will do, is that it'll make the thread useless in a matter of months if not days when everyone copies and pastes. Rather than ruining it for everyone, I leave it open for everyone and their creativity / work.
