all packages are good but i do prefer quality rather than quantity, thats why i always recommend the special package (with private account creation for sure - your backlinks will stick longer).

Why your url must be fresh, thats because the #1 rule of social bookmark, you can't resubmit the same url to the same site more than once. if you do, the submission will be marked as duplicate and failed.

abcdefghijklm (13 characters). most social bookmark sites don't allow short keyword - the keyword will be used as bookmark title.
