With that math it will take 2000 ips. But these accounts will stay for long enough and make you lot of money.

Yes, TD can create accounts using random fake emails.

Even when the account is suspended it shows as account exists when i go to account actions then account checker,By user name.

No this wont ban your twitter if you use it under limits.
