I merely asked a question. Granted, there had been good information shared there, sure. I didn't support Digital Point or any of it's members. The forums layout, member activity, and the way the forum was moderated were atrocious.

Me too! I was on DP since 2006. I bought quite a few sites using that forum. I stopped for a few years and recently went back, only to find out in order to post you need a certain amount of Likes.

Then I remembered I also have an account on BHW and became very happy. That happiness soon left me, but after learning the DP is gone it has returned.

The feds/ebay only cared about this guy because he made millions of dollars. Had he only made thousands he would've been 'off the radar'. If I were him I would have made a small amount (thousands or maybe tens of thousands) and invested that money in legitimate businesses (in addition to digital point). Once those businesses flourished I would have dropped the cookie stuffing scheme and lived a happy life.

One article says that eGay milked him (his method) for a very long time before turning him in. Seems true. He received almost 50% of all af-payouts by eGay, and now it wants the entire money back.
