Small update.

Here is the site so far not 100% done but you get the point. I am going to be offering dog waste removal, kitty litter service, dog walking and mobile grooming. ( Have partnered with some people localy)

I plan on scaling into some great things that will throw into the 200k-500k/y mark,

Also will be selling retail items. Dog beds,treats,food,catnip etc etc on a drop shipping basais.

I got some door hangers delivered around 200 and got 26 customers from that also doing FB snipering, grabing local people who like dog pages email and marketing to them. Offline online hybrids are the future.

Someone once said, do the job that no-one else wants to do and you can make a shit loads of money!


Maybe it would be better to focus on just 1 thing first before you go into walking, kitty litter...mobile grooming etc.

Find out who your target market is and go after them hard. Like someone said before, elderly people, people with more than 2 dogs... perhaps rich people in gated communities that don't have the time to be poop scooping

Seriously though, I have a Labrador Retriever, and anyone who will clean and dispose of that is easily worth $40 a month, especially if they do it once or twice a week.

Lucky for me, my wife's pride and joy is her yard so she is the poop nazi.

I can see why some people can't resist flaming you for a topic like this, haha. If you are indeed serious, I can tell you my fiancee's mom actually runs a pet sitting and dog walking biz from her house, and she makes good money at it. She lives in the high end suburbs, and those types of locations are ripe for the picking. She's the go to person in her area for this as well, and has built a local reputation for her biz there. You can PM me if you wanted some more info. Reputation is key with something like this if you want to make good money at it.

Suggestion: Go for communities with a HOA and sell the HOA as someone mentioned! If you get the business it's just house to house for the whole community! Slamdunk! Of course you would have to discount accordingly but look at the ease and convenience for you! Just think if you had only TWO @150 homes! WOW. Don't have a clue of your time frame per house but seems you could easily do 300 in a week and look at your overhead savings.

Brilliant idea in my opinion. You should go buy some fancy dog treats in bulk and sell them to your customers with a huge discount on them. Perhaps look into baking your own dog treats.. People love organic stuff!
I am interested in perhaps trying this idea myself.. What did you use for your site? Is that just wp?
