We prefer old sites, however we have ranked couple of new sites which have not yet been hit, not even in penguin 2.0

we build 100k-200k links depending on the niche and keyword competition. Unique domains, no follow- do follow varies from campaign to campaign.

We can rank easier keywords too of course, but we don't recommend this to real companies, you shouldn't use this on your offline SEO Client who's website is representing his business. This service will kill your site eventually, but before it does, you should be banking hard.
