I would very much like to try this. Have some great ideas and even found some useful aged sites available. But how much caution do I need to use on such a turn and burn site? I'm thinking subdomain hosting on Blu$ H^st would be suicidal for my other money making sites. I'm even wondering if I shouldn't use a throwaway when picking up the domain, and not use the account I normally use to buy domains. Any other thoughts besides the obvious, like not tying to other g@@gle analytics, and such?

Honestly speaking, 99% of our clients use this on a Shared Hosting, and is NOT an issue at all. You can use the same registrar as you usually do, this is what I do. I use the same hosting and everything. You can use G Analytics or whatever you wish

Bookmarked to try next month. Have you guys had any success or trials of doing it to a web 2.0 such as weebly? I see lot of these sites ranking high in serps lately.

Are there any dangers to this service aside from being having your website penalized?

For example:
- If I use this on a shared hosting account, will this affect anything else?
- If I used Adsesne as my form of monetization, will there be any increased risk of getting banned?

Answered above, shared hosting should not cause an issue.
Adsense - Haven't looked into this briefly, But there should be NO Problem

would it be better to buy aged domains, also does a 301 redirect work just as well ?

Yeah aged domains would be better. Yeah after losing rankings/drop, do a 301 redirect.

When i provided keyword to him that was brand new and not in top 1000

Youtube videos, yes they are links from Youtube videos, from their site, they are not subdomains, but Google and other search engines treat them as individual websites, but they do give them more authority then generally, same goes for Blogger blogs too.
They will go down, dsepite being on Youtube or not.

Also, if I have a brand new site built on an old expired domain (with previous backlinks pointing in but no PR), how long would it take for me to start seeing rankings? (on average - medium competition)
