Good, actually i bought Sape links from one of the member here and now when i check the backlink report, i found 27 links deindexed out of 100 links.

I bought these link in mid march.

I have several hundred, and haven't had a single one deindexed yet. Get better quality links instead of complaining.

SAPE does works. If you website was hit, that was because of some other primary reason.

The problem is a lot of people jumped on the bandwagon selling links from it. Many don't know how to filter the best relevant links from SAPE. I work only with professionals with not a SINGLE WMT penalty for last few years.

Not really. I'm seeing a lot of sites build almost only on SAPE links and they do great. Some even got #1 after this update ! I never used SAPE and i was thinking that this update will handle this but it seems that they still work

Anyway your spot on Giuni a lot of sites are doing fine, I've been up all night analyzing this stuff trying to find a pattern in the small percentage of sites that were hit and to be honest there is no real pattern here this looks random as hell, I mean we also have clients that did not use these links which are having drops and rises so this leads me to believe the update is targetting something else or some other link type.

A number of clients took dips around 2 weeks ago when some sites in SAPE were deindexed, this is nothing new its been happening since we started using the network and its the reason why we run indexing and PR checks on our lists every 3 to 4 weeks. I have probly the biggst collection of SAPE data on the forum at the minute so I have a pretty big view of whats happening and as I said it looks as if its a normal update as I have clients without sape acting the same way as people with sape!

This is going to take a week to settle too, 1 of our biggest SAPE clients was among the small percentage that dropped last night, myself and him were on skype talking pretty concerned as you can imagine, I just woke up to find his rankings are returning to normal! So be aware this shit ain't settled yet.

My advice to you guys using SAPE on a large scale, start doing regular PR and indexing checks on your lists! We've done this from day 1, sites get deindexed on the network daily and lose PR daily its been this way since we first started using it.

SAPE is still working. Some of my sites took a minor hit (3-5 positions) but could be due to de-indexing / lack of diversity.

I wouldn't categorize that as "hit hard". Rankings should be regainable in a few weeks.

Right now it's all white noise anyway. Some sites are up, some are down. Consensus after evaluating our tracking portfolio: If you kept your link profile well diversified utilizing rational anchor-, link- and platform-diversity, then you should be fine and you will be fine in the upcoming days. We track several hundred sites and only a small % got hit - mainly because of over-optimization issues or irrational linking.

Oh yeah, SAPE is definitely dead now! But I heard through the grapevine that Angela & Paul profiles are back again! Fu*k yeah!

SAPE links themselves haven't taken a hit; just poor link profiles.

Used properly, they're still working well - just like other kinds of valuable links. The crucial bit of course is the implementation.

I would say though that I think the update so far isn't at "full capacity" - looks like G have left themselves a bit of room to ramp up the algorithm in the next weeks/months (unlike Penguin 1)

SAPE died the same death Xrumer died in 2011 or was it in 2008, I don't remember

Some Sape sites died. There's no questioning that. But the same amount of legitimate websites also died. All it means is Google's new update was targeting randomly. Hopefully a lot of those shitty low quality Sape sites have been weeded out.

They just pushed the same button they did in October 2012. I see nothing revolutionary about this update.

Sape has hundreds of thousands of websites. It's not possible to take them all down, regardless how hard Google tries. New fresh websites are being added all the time as old websites get deindexed. Sape isn't dying. I've seen plenty of people ranking with just Sape links recently.

how hard it is to make a patern match like "if website who ranks good on us google, has top backlinks from russia...." ?
cmon, you cant really say its impossible i woould more say "its supprising they didnt crack down sape yet" (i am saying yet, because i dont know if they hit sape..my respond was more like, you cant say this is so hard, especially for those who claim to have mostly sape backlinks)

Wrong. Sape is full of English TLD's actually 85% of the links we have in our backend in sape (over 80k btw) are english TLDs, its not hard to filter out the .ru domains, so I have no idea whatsoever why people using sape or some sape sellers and "other" network sellers are giving out so many .ru domains its not necessary.

They will not take down sape, if anything they will devalue footer links or something more drastic, sape and its contents make up a huge part of the russian and even foriegn internet, do you honestly think google is going to deindex all those sites? No because that would mean them giving a huge market share of search data and results to one of their competitiors "Yandex" not going to happen!
