Backlinks and Google search algorithms guidelines

I have a question, from what I read from Google search algorithms guidelines it is recommend for you to add backlinks for your site its to make them from the same niche (website topic), so, for example if I have a site with an adult topic like an Escort Directory Website, then is it beneficial for me at all to buy backlinks packs like for example this ones http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...mmenting-avg-obl-60-money-back-guarantee.html

That have packs like for example the one he calls "Silver Package" and for 40$ you get links in 20 websites with PR2, 14 websites with PR3, 10 websites with PR4, 05 websites with PR5, 01 websites with PR6

Is this beneficial at all for a website like mine? Because it does not say what kind of website is or topic of website.

Also is this recommend at all after penguin update?

I'm kinda new but I think the backlinks need to appear gradually to look natural and the links which are totally unrelated to your site will be next to worthless.

Hey SkyrocketSEO, my budget for SEO is 150$ per month, the site is from october has more than 6 months now, the link building its been more relax now, but, I just want to know how to know which links are considered domain authority and page authority to get better ranking on them.

Yes I get that, but, I need links in the same niche I mean escorts directories or escorts agencies links because in google guidelines it says that sex (porn) websites are not recommended even in escorts sites, but, what else can you offer? I mean for that money minimum PR4 links in index and from same niche.

I am still waiting for you to explain to me at least about which links are considered domain authority and page authority to know when I can exchange with them or not.

PD: Also what is the minimum value for example I just check on http://moonsy.com/domain_authority/ and my website domain authority there is 35 and also check http://moonsy.com/page_authority/ y el page authority is 37

Thanks a lot for the help, but, the best way is to get backlinks that have PR3+ and Alexa 200,000 from my same niche right? I have a escort directory so, I have to find escorts sites right?

Because I read on Google guidelines that even porn websites are not beneficial for escorts websites even both are consider adult websites, is that true?
