No Negative Intention Man, But can you recheck it and let me know is it safe to install it.

LOL that's the fancybox code in JS. If you decode that encoded string (base64 encoded) you will see a bunch of JSON values and nothing else. Trust me on this. I am not gonna lose my account for sharing bullshit..
That theme is downloaded from the official source, not from torrent.

If you still don't think you are safe, you should consider buying the original subscription, because we really work hard to make elegant themes better for you..
