I'm working on set up my private high PR blog network, can i ask if your phoenix server available now? can i order 2 * 5 share IP seo hosting plan and for each plan use different server location? for example 1st 5 share ip seo hosting plan is located in Chicago and 2nd plan located in phoenix .
Also could you please send me some server ip list? because i have bought several cheap hosting and after paid i find they are all in same c-class ip address server although they are different hosting company.

this "company" used to be ok, but they have been failing me a lot lately.
my sites go down way too often.
they deleted one of my accounts.
guys, you get what you pay for, so if you want a cheap price then you are going to get a cheap service.
i need to take my business elsewhere now.

It's not allowed on our Shared Hosting Network but you can grab a VPS for your purpose.

I'm interest with your VPS service. But I want to know about your CPU load tolerance. I have VPS account in Santrex. They suspended my VPS cause CPU load. When i check the CPU usage was 15%. Will you suspended the VPS too with that CPU load reason ? I only used Pro Submitter with that VPS. And where is your server location ?
