Do you need your own Apple/Android Developer accounts for apps submission? Because those developer accounts require yearly fee ($25~$45~$99) or the app-developers.biz will help you to publish them under their Developer account? And how do you manage the monthly fee? Do your client pay to you using PayPal and you pay to the app-developers.biz or any other direct method? I have researched and found more than 10 similar websites offering such app building service but I found that this developer price is the cheapest.

This is definitely a working method because there were many people offering mobile version websites for restaurant/company and they sells. But I believe these apps status are based on the developer cloud server and you need to check how reliable and stable these servers are. Also, if your client bought app from you you can even offer them to upgrade their PC version websites to mobile version websites! It is easy and lucrative too.

Yes there are other websites but I believe this is the cheapest site. With app-developers.biz after publishing the app you receive an email requesting "Do you want us to publish your app?" They offer either to publish via their account or they will send you the apk and other app files so you can publish to your own account. So you have both options.

As for payment : I pay the $9.99+ per month to app-developers.biz and then I charge a fee to my client which I call a c-m-s.mobi + cloud services + push notification service which I charge depnding on the package from 29.99euros per month. I use paypal that way everything is in one place (One or two pay by cheque).

You do get a free mobile site included in every pack.

Cloud services never had any problems.

Yes I have had 1 website thanks to my app presentation.
