Just to clear this down, I never stated those
lost links were built by you guys, most those links were build during month 9th-12th of 2012 and they were lost now (They were mostly 3 pinned services that were for sale in the services for sale sections, and purchased them cause my SEO dissapeared out of nowhere and had no replacement until I find your thread and decided to give it a show, unluckily decided to go for a big package, should had decided to test the smallest one first)
Aside of that you had access to my google analytics and to my webmaster tools and you could analyze I still have quite good back-links that support my site. Most the lost ones were forum profiles back-links and some social bookmarking ones (that seem got removed quite fast by most the sites) and below in the image you can notice if they had a major or not impact in my site. I did had a real good seo strategy in the past for my site.
Since I started with you guys most my rankings were in TOP 1 page, even
many of my keywords were ranked position 1-2,
you can recon that as well right? one keyword I was ranked top 1 for >2 years got slapped to #2
I got slapped the 17th of january by a google update and my site stopped dancing after about 1 week or 10 days (now that im checking ranktracker properly), also by that time there was no more lost of links (which was the mention from your side that my site wasnt improving [even this links losts are low quality ones that as I said before were puchased by one of our team members during 10th-12th month of 2012] so in "theory" site should have stayed the same and get better by march by far, with the spending of 3 months of high quaility backlinks from your service, right?
I mentioned ahrefs because when I asked why I wasn't getting any improvement by the service I got a response that that site showed up I was loosing a lot of backlinks (I did in fact but most of those backlinks were as I said forum profile links and some social bookmarks from 3 services I purchased in here in the services for sale pinned sections)
I just got a majesticseo subscription and to my wonders I dont see (Just a fast analyzis of the First Index Date backlinks >=2013 ) backlinks comming from your side in the timeframe I purchased this service, the ones being indexed now in march are mostly from that
"shady" backlinks you said (but as I said still have a lot and quite large amount 2009-mid2012 backlinks to back off my site SEO strategy)
So im using Ahrefs, seomajestic and google webmastertools as tools to check the backlinks that were supppositedly done in the last 3 months
Checking my organic traffic in analytics (REMOVING my site brand name from the search of course to remove any bias of the graph since my brand name has given me good traffic and has increased over time since we opened the site)
1) Is when we started with you guys
2) Is when google slapped us
Organic traffic aint really up to be honest sir, you can see it got stuck after the slap with a lot of volatility
long tail keyword traffic might have appeared some keywords but most of them you can reconn is mostly by the inclusion in my site of:
1) We translated (Using native speaking translators of each language so there was no problems with spelling, grammar, etc...) the site into 8 languages (Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Deutsche, French, Hebrew, Hindi and Arab)
2) We also added 31 other language unique internal pages (only conn in this was it was using google translate cause woulda got quite expensive translating 31 languages)
All this to actually get more long tail keywords in other languages since we target a worldwide audience, which seems to be working since many landing pages seem to be this internal new pages as well as some related keywords to this languages
You can see the trends in the image and actually got stuck after google slap to be honest and never raised back,
I mean EVEN if I lost some amount of backlinks, which dont seem to have helped a lot my site judging by the graph, 3 months that were worth 1500 USD should have at least raised a bit rankings, would you agree on that?
Dont want to sound rude as I said.... but for real in my case (I don't know others) I got 0 work behind to my site done.
Checking ahrefs , seomajestic and webmastertools I found no work done to my site from your side, I can asure this and have all the excel reports if you would like to discuss them with me.
I don't know who is behind all the work, could it be you have a Y team of freelancers per every X group of clients and and Y team didn't do any work for my site or they didn't even know there was work to be done for it so at the end you guys though there was something being done but in matter of fact there was nothing?
What would I like is:
1)either at least a refund of the last month I paid for
or
2)proof of any work being done, January, February or March
The thing is the amount is spent was quite large for 0 results. I saw my site being stuck after google slap when I should had seen a raise, at least a small one and you guys told me I might or probably seen results in the next 3 weeks, but for sure i wasnt going to spend another month in pure trust out of nothing, we could discuss this if you like but would like to see any of the work being done, since new I already even subscriber to majesticseo in search to be wrong but even there theres no links to my site from your side.
