CPA Network refusing to Pay! - What should I do?

Honestly If I were you - I would call the guy 3 times a day at 9.30 am 12.30 pm and 3.30 pm everyday until I reach him ... if he doesn't answer I would send him an email with the time you called and you will phone back at the next time.

$300 is nothing really - when your looking to make $30,000 from the network .. so yeah its inconvenient / so yeah their rules suck --> but if you want to be paid - then you gotta do what they ask.

Your using Adwords or Yahoo or whatever - easy --> show him the payments to those places for the traffic and that's it.

Personally I have earned roughly $30,000 from CPA Networks --> so you can stay in your current circumstance or do something about it.

Good Luck

Thanks for the reply..

Believe me I would call them but like I said I searched their site, no phone number found. If anybody out there knows LeadKitchen's phone number please share it with me.

$300 is obviously not much and that's why I was kinda getting annoyed that Chris(AM) was so skeptical, like if I was about to commit fraud I would have done it for more than 300 bucks. (I have never committed fraud though)

EDIT: btw, I used Bing ads and I got all the data/reports and I also got data that I gathered with Prosper202

Seems like you're dealing with an opinionated asshole (TM).

"Somebody who doesn't want to speak on the phone is clearly hiding something?"
???
I can't even comprehend the reasoning behind this. There's a multitude of reasons why someone would refuse voice communication, from serious health problems — physiological disorders, psychological disorders, voice/speech disorders; muteness, aphasia — to the issues on a verge of convenience, eg. not knowing the language well enough (or at all), or temporary issues like in OP's case, of not being able to phone from a certain location for a certain amount of time.

Sure, I might be stretching it a bit with some of the examples here, but it doesn't matter at all, the underlying issue is the same in any and all of the cases — why should the phone call be an imperative for you to get paid for the work you've done?

The terms state you get paid $x per a valid lead. You sent them Y leads, certain % of which will normally be nullified for whatever reasons (validity, quality, shaving, etc). This is the key point and only point where it's decided whether you get paid or you don't get paid for your work. The traffic sources, lead analysis and all other crap goes here.

If they decide the leads are ok, that the promotion itself isn't suspicious, that they will indeed profit from your work (meaning you were of value to them), that you should get paid according to the accepted terms...
... then it doesn't matter who you are, what language you speak, whether you're in mood for random phone calls, or anything else.

It doesn't change anything. Sure they might resort to the "address verification" argument, but if above is to be true, then that's not their issue at all.

"This is a business not a game I need to speak to you on the phone"
Business is primarily a process of generating and exchanging value (like exemplified above), that's all what matters here. This whole sentence sounds more like something you'd hear from a 1940's film-noir gangster that a sentence that obtains in the real world. Not willing to talk to them on phone (for whatever reason, if any at all) doesn't invalidate all the work you've done for them, it doesn't turn everything into a game.

Then the TOS stuff in the end... it kinda gives me an impression that they're looking for a quick way to nick your money and write you off.

But anyway...

Sorry for the rant, hopefully someone understood what I wanted to say here... English is not my first language, hence the reason why I get irritated when someone insists on phone calls (paypal, cpa networks for approval, etc), why I wrote this post, and why I might have completely failed to say what I wanted to.

Oh, and...

"Who goes on 2-month vacations?"
Whoever the fuck wants to go on a 2 month vacation, that's who.

Good luck with this, OP, I hope you get your money.
Right on spot! very bad mannered AM. Hope you get your payment and run away for them.

Are they located somewhere near you?
Then go and collect, good luck!

I don't know - I just typed into Google "LeadKitchen Phone Number" and

Phone Number: 1-917-771-2418

was right there.

Nope. I'm a Canadian resident but I'm currently back home in south america(don't feel comfortable disclosing exact location) and I believe they're located in the US.

I can provide bank/credit card statements, plane ticket etc if they'd needed.

Chris is also a member of BHW - so send him a PM as well - just search for the network in BHW Search and you can see he posts in the thread.

My good deed is done for the day

cheers

That content locker on the conversion page is a sign of being a little shady. I don't promote CPA offers because I find most will find a way around paying you or just out right shaving every lead you send them.

Yep I called that number yesterday at exactly 4:12 pm EST and no answer. Will try it today or tomorrow once I get a hold of an international calling card. I called from a prepaid phone with about $20 in credit but maybe it doesnt allow international calls.

Ahaha knew someone would bring that up. Sorry about that, I searched for pastebin alternatives(not as readable) and that site was #1.

I apologize for any inconvenience.

Network that wants to discuss over the phone try to make the whole thing so much bigger then it actually is. If you would have low traffic quality on the leads, they could easily tell you about that in the emails. Anyway if you look for a CPA network you might consider 4th gear media. I run some dating offers from there now and have been paid a few times already :) Besides, I dont do PPC for this, I use social traffic.

So I'd like to drop by and say that I called this number again about 2 mins ago and now it says "the telephone number you have dialed is temporaly not in service"

This is just great..

Did the OP seriously use a content locker for his dumb convo screenshot he's showing us to ask for help??

I think you're just a sketchball period, if you meant to content lock a convo screenshot that you're asking us to help you with.

Yep, sketchy. Bad judgment, poor communication skills, constant undertone of hostility, you have ALL the red flags of a scammer. You wanted help, and this is it, right here. You need some serious help. If your intentions are good, you've got profoundly poor communication skills and if you don't do something about it, you can look forward to being treated with suspicion and mistrust for the rest of your life. I can completely see where this "Chris" is coming from.
