Make $1000 selling mobile apps

Believe what you like mate! I live in the middle of Spain and I don't think that many people are going to touch my market here. And I have been an eager reader of this forum for a long time and I thought I would give my way I have made some money, as thanks to quite a few posts here I have made a few $$. If I was trying to sell something I think I would try to sell something where you have to pay to signup NO? As this service is Free until you sell an app. (I don't even have an affiliate code).

I can prove the money I have made but I don't really need to, if you want to make some money with this system please go ahead, if not I wish you all the best with another system...

I only started a short time ago and I have sold about ten apps but I only work a couple of hours a day.
I sold one association app added a playlist, photo gallery, videos, and a couple of about us pages.
I have sold several night club, bars and restaurants plugins used we wordpess, videos, photo, events list.
70 % of my clients took iPhone & android only but always with push notifications.

Carlikito - No they don't actually I sold mine for 1000 euros which is a little more than a $1000. When you offer the possibility to a restaurant to contact directly 100's of clients directly to their telephone everyday with a daily menu or a night club the possibility to send his weekend events to thousands of client with one click. $1000 all of a sudden looks quite small. 1 Night club I sold too stopped increased his income by just under 1/3 thanks to his app.

Oh I forgot to add the restaurant is paying 39 euros per month too .

Anyway I didn't come here to defend my post nor the business I have in spain. I wish anyone good luck with this system or any other found on this forum.

abhi007 - I started with the scripts I found on the net and on the app-developers.biz website. I then met a barman who I gave a percentage when he introduced me to people and that is how I started in this area.

Like I said before I use this site to make money & not because it is pretty.

I can see this is pissing a few people off. Probably because I'm giving out a well hidden secret. Sorry guys.

I would love to hear any other success stories from this site or other.

On the positive side I sold an app this morning I will post a copy of the simulator when I have finished it.

I tried making an app but the modules installed (buttons) do not repond to a click, or a tap.
I believe this is very good method to make some cash, but this site seems like it has some bugs.

Oh strange have you spoken to the live chat they are often online? Which browser are you using? I use chrome and it works fine for me.

This sounds very promising. I have a cousin who worked for usablenet; and he kept telling me that the company makes millions doing simple mobile apps and mobile redesigns for huge companies like Macys and GAP.

A few questions for the OP- so with your service I can walk into my local dinner and pitch them that I will create a mobile app for them?
1- What if that dinner doesn't have a website, would I have to create the images for the app?
2- When you say publish the app I guess you mean publish to Apple and Android market place? There are no extra fees for this?
3- Would it be possible to sell a service to the dinner that allows them to send a notification to the clients that installed the app? Say for example, "today's lunch special"?

What do you charge a business, say a restaurant, to create an app or a mobile website? Do you offer push notifications?

Hi there Lisa,
Here in my experience are the replies to you questions
1. At least 70% of all the apps I have create do not have a website. But everyone has a facebook page. All you need to create an app is a few photos.
2. No Extra fee
3. A lot of my clients update their daily specials and send a mass message saying "today's special : Egg on toast" when you open the app the message opens in full and you can even add an image

I'm not saying that everyone would by it ... but when you give good arguments like "Imagine competitions bar is full and you are empty one night. Now Imagine the possibilities if you could send a message to everyone with your app inside that bar TONIGHT BUY ONE GET ONE FREE".

I am sorry but no person who earns this kind of money broadcasts there secrets on websites like this.

At the end of the day it doesnt bother me either way whether you are trying to gain some friends or follows because we all do it in one way or another but I cant believe that you are earning that kind of money.
