Hey guys i am going crazy at the moment.
Im almost certain that this client wants to work with me.
This is what i did.
I went on google and youtube and went searching for people who do marketing with very bad results.
And i have found someone who is doing marketing but really doesnt know what they are doing. His site is very ugly and very bad optemized not optin list no keywords etc etc.
So i knew they know the value about online marketing my only job was pointing out how bad he is doing it.
So how did i pointed it out without sounding cocky, like a scumbagg or a slik marketer.
This is what i did.
I found 3 keywords on his market.
2 got 6000 exact searches and 1 got 2000 exact searches per month.
I built a 5 pages website and basicly made a site from a markter perspectief.( Optin list, social media integrated and blogpages witch we wanna rank from the keywords i found.
A Home, About, Services, Blog and Contact Page.
I made 3 different style of Home pages wich he can choose from and i created 3 different blog pages with the keywords i found in his market and filled it with dummy text, that are the only pages i really finished. All the other pages i put in coming soon but he get the picture.
I found a beautiful Avada theme on www.mafiashare.net (every theme you can find there)
Then i gave him small tips how he could improve his social media marketing using linkeding, twitter, google plus etc very basic i know nothing about that stuff but that aint important because i want to sell my website and seo service.
I sent him an email basicly telling him the site letting him know the power of listbuilding, fb likes, tweets etc.
So i gave alot of value upfront but i left the part out about why i choose the 3 keyword because i wanted to tell al this on the phone so i sent my first email to him with all the info above talking a little bit about google but not to much and not mentioning why i choose those kewyords and what they are for.
Next day i regreted that i didnt mention the kewyords because that has the most valeu and me being not a good talker trying to tell him this on the phone was plain stupid.
So i sented out a second email telling him im gonna tell him the info better via email now because maybe he would not reply or call me and if he would call me al the info i was gonna tell him would make his head spin.
And then i went on and explained him why i choose those keywords, how many searches per month they got, that i analysed the competition etc etc, that it was rankable all the good stuff but basic stuff for us.
I told him if he catched my second email first he better go and read my first email so he can better understand what i am talking about.
2 hours ago i see a email of him and my hart started pounding a little bit because i put alot off effort in to this.
And he said. Wow that is some advanced marketing indeed please sent me the first email im very interested in this
So he didnt even saw th website ive made for him
So im gonna update my first email and then im gonna sent my email when i cum back later this afternoon.
From what i saw online i see its a very serieus and good person who is serieus about his stuff and loves what he does, i know he got money because he drives a expensive car and has alot of pictures of him traveling.
The crazy thing is he gets enough clients but i am 100 procent shure it is not from his online marketing because its sucks. Maybe refferals but iam just gessing.
So what i want to offer him is this.
Email Marketing integragion.
Maneging his email campains(sending out the content that he makes to his list)
Complete website.
Video Marketing( He understands the valeu i explained him everything and gave examples of other people in his marketing who where ranking good and had alot off vieuws)
Social Media integraded in his website.
The most importent SEO marketing with atleast 10 new kewyords everymonth and ranking those keywords.( He makes the content because he is the expert and i know he loves to do it)
He only delivers the content i do the rest.
I dont understand google + yet but im gonna learn that so if you guys know a good course please tell me.
He charges 300euro per 2 hours. And i know he has a high lifetime custemur value.
If i would rank him only for the 3 keyword with the 6000, 6000 and 2000 searches it would be worth it for him but i have found lots more keywords with medium competion plus the site are static i want to built an autorety site with video, internal linking, good backlinks etc
How mutch would you guys ask. Im thinking of 1000 to 1200 per month or should i try more. He is a one man company so it feels a little bit strange to ask more but i would love some toughts form you guys about it.
And maybe some good tips on closing.
I feel very confident that this guy is gonna work with me had a good feeling all the time about him.
Im gonna sent my first email to him and update it a little bit, i see some points i can do better on and at the and i could close my email at 2 ways.
First way. Tell him im he can call me at date that is good for both of us so we can have a good talk or i can sent my offer first in a email and then we talk via phone or....
leave that offer part out and just make a phone appointment what you guys think.
And no i aint gonna meet him because he lives olmost 5 hours away from me and if he read my second email good he knows how far i live but i know that aint gonna be a problem for him.
I am really exited this is the closest that i have ever been to IM money.
