You can be signed up to as many CPA networks as suits your fancy. How you distribute your sites is up to you.

Are you new to IM or something? This method has been around for years. It's my own tutorial though. Read the first two lines of my post. If someone posts a tutorial on PPD's and you see a WSO on PPD's it doesn't mean they are identical.
