Thanks for the info OP and the other contributors. Just today I've set up a completely anonymous PP account using my previous knowledge, it has 5000E limit, now I only need to get the money in

Thank you very much for the guide - but is it possible you forgot something? I have read that to be completely save, you should create a new user on your PC, so PP/ebay can not read cookies. Because if they can, they can again link the new accounts to the old ones and you will get banned again

You could do that by having a seperate browser for your second account. Firefox/IE/Safari/Chrome.

Hi I just wanted to know if the method posted still works if I link my ebay account with a fully verified Paypal from a different country than the U.S. and if so, how can I create and verify a PayPal acct that is not based in the U.S.

prepaid debit cards for sure but the paypal will have limit
So any prepaid debit card I buy I can use for hooking up to a PayPal account as a checking account?

You need to use a PayPal VCC and for a USA Account if you want unlimited limits you are going to need to
verify it by bank as well.
