Introduce more colours into the site and not sure about the left hand menu (personally think its oldschool) - it all depends on what do you want to do, your landing should have more graphics about your products - call to action. Check elegant themes for ideas

I'd have to go with what others said - add more life and color to it.

And why use Altervista? If you'd like to get a free site, why not go for Wordpress.com or Blogspot.com? Much easier to customize and can get indexed a lot easier.

Honest Opinion?? Your site needs to revert back to whichever wordpress theme you chose to alter... Sorry, I know you may have placed a lot of work into the site but you are leaning too much towards "product" but not understanding that "PRESENTATION MATTERS FIRST"! When people first see your site, before they even look at links they're automatically turned away due to the appearance of your theme! You can have "I'll give you $1,000 FREE in that site and No one will ever notice it! Pretty up the site... like my engineer instructor used to say... "Make it so that a 21 y/o woman would say that looks nice... or you'll never get in the pennies!" (Get-It?) Proof? Take a look at your source code.. one big no-no is you have TWO TITLES for meta tags... you will never rank up with those type of mistakes. Good suggestion? Google Search "Wordpress SEO Plugins" and use them! Hope this Helps..

Not sure if I'm loading the right page but from what I'm seeing currently, it looks like a basic site from the 90s. Definitely needs some life brought into it.

It looks pathetic till now... Center the container div to say the least. The borders under your menu list goes through the total width, which basically kills your site. The searchbox looks equally pathetic (apply some styles to it first). You did a good job with the responsive look though, but all of them needs to be more attractive. I didn't really understand what that site is for (and don't think other people will).. I like the color combination somehow..
