Simple and clean. Good so far. Only thing I would suggest is to go with a light blue instead of gray background (helps with visitors trust, copywriting 101).

I would only go with blue if you plan on monetizing the daylights out of the site at some point. Other than that, simple sites tend to get the job done much better than fancy webpages.

Simple and clean but after first look i want to cry... Colours are too sad for me.

One more:
Maybe change logo for something more professional and it will be ok.
