Action/buy oriented keywords, brand names... anchors in general, actually, are extremely difficult to get to stick in Wikipedia (my original concern and therefore my first post in the thread); further, getting an action/buy oriented, branded anchor to stick on an appropriately relevant page is also hard: I am guessing he's having some profound difficulty with these things. I have been what I would consider to be "appropriately updated" along the way and OP does state that TAT might be extended, but yeah... if OP can't get the links placed for those that have been waiting twice the estimated TAT (or longer), for whatever reason, it's time to refund, I'd say.

To make a complete statement: I received 4 links which are sticking until now. From ahrefs I cant see that any backlinks are built. According to GA since the 14th of April (where the links have been finally placed) i had 50 UVs from the wikipedia links (i mention this as it is advertised in OP). In terms of rankings there have been no improvements, just small drops untill now.
