To get the command line to work with chrome you have to put a space(I am sure everyone else knew that).
It will look like this:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --proxy-server=hostort
that smiley is ":" then "p", host then port.
Works great. Now I have 3 different browsers with 3 different addresses.
