there is any guarantee for the OBL? By example if when you place the link the OBL is 9 and after 2 weeks the OBL is 15 do you change the link?

OBL is lower than 10. If any links are found to exceed it, the link is removed and replaced. As part of the OBL we only consider external do follow links.
We point 1000 web 2.0s to all of your links. So if you have 100 high PR links from 100 pages, each page will get 10 web 2.0s. You may of course order additional tier 2 options if you want.

how many keywords I should use if I order 100 links?
there is any possibility to not place my links in footer or sidebars? if they would be in footer or side bars the numbers of links with the same anchor can be very high.

Thanks for the quick review - once we built some more tier 2 links to your PR links, the rankings should solidify even more for the other two keywords.

Hey unikbit,
a) We always advise to concentrate on your main URLs and keywords. If you use a lot of URL+KW combinations you are diluting the effect of the package.
b) The links are not placed in the footer/sidebar as a sitewide link - they are static. This means, that they are just placed on one individual PR page. Again: They are not sitewide links. So you don't have to worry about anchor over-optimization.
c) We can't give you a precise ratio of what links will be from english sites as each package differs. But we found that foreign sites work just as well (if not better) in terms of ranking results. We track several hundred subscriptions that give us some rational raw data that supports this 'theory'. Furthermore, we choose a variety of links to keep the link profile of your site(s) fairly natural.

Got your order. Thank you. You still qualify for the bonus links as today is the last day. If you want to specifically target google.com.sg, you will need to select it as your preferred region in Google's Webmaster Tools. You can add new URLs/keywords to your order whenever you want, this is not a problem.

One of your keywords has already started moving up. You should see some strong movements 1-2 weeks from now when more of the links get indexed.
Do not see any orders made around the time of your post. Do you have an Order ID?
A quick review; I made a decent sized order with a lot of links, URL's etc so realised that the results would be diluted somewhat, however this is not the case! I'd say that around 80% of the keywords have already seen improvements in the right direction and it has only been ONE DAY since I received the report. I'm pretty blow away by the results so fa and expect them to increase over the next week or so. I will definitely order more in the future, without a doubt. Very impressive work guys!
