Is there any way we can opt out of all of these random product offerings and promotions? I want NicheCracker update notifications but these other emails are getting out of control. There is no option for this in the "change subscriber options" link in the emails. There are emails pretty much every day often multiple times a day promoting other services that I am not at all interested in. I would understand if it was once every few months but it is getting really annoying.

I seriously think this software is goosed, the seller / developer seems to be very negative in his approach to customer service
and there seems to be a lot of problems with getting in contact with him. I just read the warrior thread, and he is getting a
fair bit of abuse over there as well.

Personally I would recommend this BST was put on hold by mods until the OP decides to come back or
let people know what is happening with the software. But that is not my decision.

I think the software is great but the developer needs to come here more often. As in once every day or two at least because a product is only as good as the people who stand behind it. I don't think it's unreasonable to spend 10 minutes a day answering posts and providing support. I have personally never had any problems using the software itself with the exception of a bug or two in the early stages. I see so many frustrated people here it really gives it a bad name though.

To be honest I was very tempted to buy it when it first came out as it was recommended in another
thread. But was decided against it due to answers from the OP on updates etc.

Im glad though that you are enjoying it and if the OP does have a good product, he should be selling this
like mad by firstly having good customer service, or hiring another member to help him out.

I was recommending it to everyone before because it was an absolute steal. I even wrote a shining review on my website. I still think its a great deal but now that he has raised the price the support had better be improved too. It's a shame because he could be making so much more money by being a bit more proactive with responding or even hiring someone else to deal with the support side of things for an hour a day.

Today i finally decided its time to open a dispute on paypal.I realized out of 400 buys i made online in last 2 years, this is 1st time me doing paypal dispute. This gives seller again long time, if he doesnt repodn again i will be to make a "paypal claim" on 18th may i think

I have also enough of aweber sht mails being send because of this bad service. Like some people pointed out Joe Walter is forcing you to subscibe to aweber to get the product which you buy

I can't understand why people use such kind of software. I can find lot of niches in adwords with no advertisers the problem is how to monetize them.
