Im looking to purchase platinum packages for 2 new sites but have a few questions.

1. Do you vary the anchor texts (including naked urls, CLICK heres etc) as this will be the first SEO Im doing on these sites?
2. Is it better to choose fewer keywords to decrease dilution?

Review:
I ordered two Bronze packages on April 2 for a couple of inner pages for my site. To be honest, I wasn't really concerned about ranking the keywords I gave, I just wanted some diversity for my overall link profile. But those two packages really delivered. I gave 3 keywords for each URL and all three have gone from basically no where to the 2nd and 3rd pages (medium-easy keywords).

I'm extremely happy with the results and will definitely be ordering more packages very soon! Thanks.
