It's fine now mate. Just get it. So much better than other rank trackers. If there are problems then they're fixed the same day, even within a few minutes.

We are tracking all ranks without any issues now. If you do have some problem in the future, just shoot me a PM and consider it done! You can ask RedMango as well, he had an issue and we worked it out.

I know. They are all fixed now and we are back tracking each keyword every hour.
 
The other day I emailed the site help, in order to cancel the service haven't herd since :( Guys way too many problems and errors with this, maybe once all gets straightened out I will return. But for now please cancel my account and I would like my money back :(
 
I'm having a tough time picking between SerpBuddy, SerpFox and SerpBook. They are all so similar. What makes this tracker better than the others? They all seem to offer almost the same features.

I am not using any other tracker other than SERPBuddy so I wouldn't know.

I've used SerpBook before and my rankings kept dropping in and out, so I would get ungainly gaps in between. Never happened with SerpBuddy before, and I've stuck with them for half a year now with no problems.Rankings are always accurate and never drops out to N\A. Never tried SerpFox, so can't comment on that.
 
They have server issues all day. Looks like db problem. I am more than happy with their services but I hope they will fix the problem asap.

Hey man - I am working on it right now, it should be back up in no more than 30 minutes.

EDIT: All done - in case some of the keywords aren't updated yet, please give them up to an hour and they will pick up the current ranks.
