Even Rank Tracker from link assistant is falling behind at the moment and showing PPC placements as organic bit of a failure that is ;)
 
wannabie - this is showing some mistakes like that too - on one keyword my client shows as 13 - but when you go to the page its like 7

but its been overall stable since Darko got it running with his latest updates which is a few weeks now.

Ah

well I said that about the software from link assistant which is a totally different service and purely software based and costs a bloody fortune in proxies and something I use as a back up. Again - Nothing to do with serpbuddy

That's nothing to do with serpbuddy and I've never seen serpbuddy to show PPC results at all. I now have over 200 sites with serpbuddy and its pretty much the most stable one the market.

I upgraded from Newbie to Expert level but nothing is updated in my account.

Do you upgrade manually? I have also sent details to support from my account, do check it out.
 
OP, will I be able to generate a report from your service? Will it be without logo or label? cuz I'm using it for my offline clients.

Yes, you can upload your own logo and whitelabel the reports for your company.

Raven tools and the pricey SERP checkers have all started to stop scraping Google rankings as they use Adwords APIS!


This has caused some major issues throughout the SEO world as you may already know. The thing is, are you using any APIs at all?


If Google tells you to stop checking search results, will you bow down like the big boys?


if you tell google to stick it then I'll bring the rest of the clients over to you

Actually I believe we were among the first ones to tell Google they can keep their API as we don't need them. They cut us out on the API and hence the lack of traffic data in SERPBuddy. However, we've kept it our priority to be the most accurate rank tracker on the net, so the traffic statistic isn't all that important as long as our system is doing its job.
 
Just wanted to say this is hands down the best rank tracking service I've used.
No issues in over 4 months - there was a litle discrepancy for one domain in my account but it was fixed within 24 hours.

Mine hasn't updated for 3 days. It's stuck on the 11 January. Any ideas? I'm just about to send reports to people and don't want to have to delete and start again as it has previous ranking positions which is really handy.

Gotcha! You'll have it all updated in an hour or so, saw where the problem was and fixed it.
