BHW user UNKNOWNN Scammed me for $1000

I didnt want to have to do this but I have been getting the runaround for too long. BHW user unknownn (http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/25441-unknownn.html) took $1000 from me over a year ago for some leads and never delivered them. I had some problems, he had some problems and it never worked out. I asked for a refund and he said he would send it.

THIS WAS OVER A YEAR AGO.

Since then I have been getting excuse after excuse and promise after promise of my payment. First it was paypal, I sent him my address, he said it was on the way, never sent it. Then he asked for my bank info, i sent him that, said it would be there in 1 week, said he sent it and it would show tomorrow, never showed. Then it was he started a new business and needed the cash flow for a lil while. I was cool with that and said OK ill give you some more time. Came back and got the same run around for months. The he had the flu, etc etc etc etc etc.

Hi Jason yeah i remember you since i wrote some emails to you always asking if i can start sending leads but never got a reply back from you.I looked for you on BHW but i was looking for xxxxxor something similar

You can choose what you prefer leads or refund.If you would like to get a refund i would need to ask you to wait arround 3-5 working days since i need first to wire money to my paypal account as i'm not holding much money on my paypal so it cant get frozen.
I would also need deduct you the fee i had to pay for reciving money from paypal since i'm not able to "refund" you the money by paypal anymore since its only 60 days possible i guess and i will need to send you a normal paypal transcation.

I'm one of the guys who didnt get paid too.I dont owe anybody some money since i used my own leads but i still invested most of my avaibable money to get the leads.
Right at the moment i didnt get paid from the guy even he promises daily to send the wire out.I'm also trying to get funds from 3 people who bought w4m leads from me but its just looking horrible since no one got paid.

If i wont get funds this week i will sell some of my metalls and paypal you the money
as i really feel also very bad having somebody to who i own money

I tried to contact you but you never replied even you were online on skype.I'm not very often on bhw as i'm not using it anymore and doing right at the moment more offline.

However i wanted to contact you since something changed.As you know i got owed big money by a network which owner told me he will wire me.Now he changed it again and is paying me partialy/weekly .So i would like to pay you also weekly quickly so we can close it.Therefor i wanted to ask if you have a freelancer account where i could send you funds (as i'm getting funds from him via freelancer ,i know weired but at least i get paid) or if not to send me your actual paypal account and i will paypal you the money.

I have many Skype and email transcripts also with empty promise after promise.

I had worked with this guy in the past without problems. I have been chasing this money for over a year and giving him the benefit of the doubt many times. I am sick of chasing.

He no longer replies to my PM's or emails and is nowhere to be found on skype.

Unless he clears this up with me I would suggest not doing business with this guy.

Mods if you could help me out in any way with this it would be greatly appreciated.

I know man. i dunno I was just giving the guy the benefit of the doubt. Shit does happen. I had worked with him in the past 1000's worth of business so i really thought he was a stand up guy. Business was going pretty good for me so the $1000 wasnt a HUGE issue at the time. I did contact by PM IM or Skype at least once a month with a reminder.

What was i supposed to do? I figured a shitlist thread may burn the bridge and i would never get paid. I was always promised it was right around the corner so I never got too threatening with a shitlist thread.

I hear where you are coming from but after paypal dispute time was over I wasnt left with many options but to just hope he was telling the truth with all those promises.

Ya tried that too, but he just said he would send me money, which I would have preferred anyway.

Nevertheless, I have sent a PM to Unknownn and gave him 48 hours to
come forward on this thread and give his side of the story. If I see
that he has logged on within that time frame and has not come
forward to make an attempt to resolve this matter, it will be assumed
that he is avoiding the issue, and as a result, his BHW account will
be terminated.

@tywebb: Contact me after the 48 hours are over and let me know
if he has or has not made any attempt to reach you.

This is the first time I have ever done this, but today I received a PM
from one of my fellow moderators who sent me a copy of an email he
received from UNKNOWNN. As stated previously in this thread, I banned
UNKNOWNN. However, I read the message he sent in which he asked to
be unbanned so that he can give his side of the story. I am going to do
that now.

There is a fair amount of money involved in this, so I am going to

I do ask this. Unknownn if you do respond to this thread with any type of chat logs or emails please edit any personal information out (email address, skype name, paypal address, etc).

I'm not going to research any chatlogs etc as i do not have the time right at the moment and as i also never denied that i owe you the $950 but the posted thread puts a bad light on me like i wanted to scam you which is just not true.

As you mentioned we made in the past good business and both of us made good money and you sent $1000 via paypal for additional leads.You asked to stop sending leads.I instantly asked you if you want a refund which you denied as you said you prefer to get the leads.After your sponsor was up again i had an issue because of an update and asked again if you want an instant refund.Later when i resolved the update issue your sponsor was down again and you said once again to wait till your sponsor is up.So i never tried to scam you.

What happened is that you went offline for a very long time (over 6 months i guess) and after that time contacted me on skype if i could refund you the $1000 (- $50 paypal fee) for the leads you prepaid for.
Since i never delivered it i instantly agreed but asked you to wait a bit since i bought 2 diffrent farmlands where one purchase made me big headache because of the non legal title and which took all of my reserve and a bit more.You agreed.
I organized the money on my paypal account i guess after 1 or 2 weeks but you were again offline for a longer time i guess 1-2 months.

After that also other staff happened which i do not want to post in public but i will send a PM to you and to Wiz with that info.


I'm also today the whole day on skype and waiting for you so we can fix it today

It seems were in the middle of possibly working something out and he popped offline. Im not sure what happened.
