If your still setting up the pyramid, then I guess the .MIL / .EDU / .GOV links I built must have been noticed and thats why keywords are dancing.

It will be very interesting to see the results of building .MIL / .EDU / .GOV links combined with the pyramid.

Well, combining different SEO services is something you want to do wisely, as if by any reasons you manage to purchase a low quality SEO service and a high end one, the lower quality SEO service will diminish or even cancel the positive impact the higher quality service will provide to your SERPs.
