Just received my order of the smallest package.
OP has done a very good job of keeping the links niche related. I asked him to link to a page about an English football club & the majority of pages he's linked from are not only about English football but the specific club itself. He also overdelivered - giving me 9 extra links - which is always nice.
Onto the negatives, I was a little disappointed to find none of the pages had any pagerank. Reading through the OP again he's only made promises of 'up to PR4' so hasn't lied, but lines like 'PR will be of the actual page, not for the homepage' do kinda suggest that at least some of the pages would have better pagerank than N/A.
The other negative issues I had were that none of the links came from tld blogs, and there was little variety in the platforms posted on - the vast majority were Devhub & Bravejournal.
My overall review - Very impressive niche targeting, need to work on getting higher PR pages or remove the lines from your sales pitch that suggest pages will come with PR.
