How do these indian freelancers have %99.9 positive feedback??

I've worked with people on freelancer.com(mostly indians) that have almost %100 positive feedback with about 30 or more reviews and yet they have been a nightmare to me. I just want to know where the hell did they get all the positive feedback from. Could they be fake.

If anyone had any good experience with freelancer.com please tell me.

They cheat.

Freelancer is full of low scumbags. I never hire anyone from India, Pakistan, middle eastern countries (except Israel) or Africa. You will always have problems communicating and dealing with them in general.

Regarding cheating, they create jobs from another account and pay themselves basically. I've seen this happening many times. Just follow my advice and you'll be fine on the site.

(Note: many **** and Indians are going to chime in here with "you're ignorant" etc. ignore them. What I say here is just a fact and comes from
experience on the site over many years.)

No but seriously of all the projects I posted (from seo to design and programming) always I get the most horrible work done

I wanted to tell you that you're searching on wrong places. Also, if your budget is brad crumbs you can't expect quality work

Let us not make this a fight guys. This post is not a diss to indians I am just mentioning my experience.

I am pretty sure my budget was very reasonable and the work was easy. But if it is true what the other person had said and anyone can build up his positive rating then freelancer is crap.
 
Its because they earned that feedback and your job probably didn't match their skill. You always have a chance to interview and investigate whether the person is fit for your job and please stop pointing fingers at the country. I hate such people who categorize the whole country as scam just because of few scammers and that "Benny>>>" sounds like big racist and you should probably not agree to his opinions.

So, take your time and filter out the bad ones and eventually you will find some gold nuggets. Also you may want to try Elance.com or Odesk and you can check out their past work and ratings too.
 
What's general consensus about Chinese developers? Just had one bid on a project that seems to have good feedback, but like you say, feedback doesnt necessarily represent the truth
 
It is definitely not good to generalize your thread with "Indians" I happen to work with plenty of Indians and they are
reputable, honest and do good work. Hell I have learned a thing or two from them.

Freelancer? Well that is another story altogether. Not sure how reputable they are. Every country has its bad and good people.
Overall my experience with Indians is great. Of course I do not pay slave wages either. That can definitely turn up bad leads.

yea bro this is kinda racist too Indian pple ..i have pple from an Indian decent that i found on freelancer that make bots for me and i never had a problem with communication or problems with my bots ...so speak for your self
 
Not only freelancer.com, fiverr also contain fake reviews. But there are some good Indian. Yes i think they use there or friend profiles to generate fake reviews.
