Domain registrar that ignores DMCA?

Currently got a few blackhat domains over at godaddy. I've heard that GD bend over backwards to accomadate the complainant, so I need to move the domains to a non-US based registrar that ignores DMCA requests.

Recommend any solid companies?

people always seem to recommend internetbs for thid kinda stuff, ive a good few domains with them and have never had a problem, although as you said above godaddy are the opposite.

Yep internet.bs just send the complaint on and do nothing else unless they get pressured but even then they just act as an intermediary.

What about for hosting? I'm with HostGator and I think they're as scared as GoDaddy, too.

For hosting my sites, I'll probably use RMX hosting (they're also members on BHW).

But yeah, GoDaddy have been known to terminate peoples' domains for DMCAs. That's why I'm going to push the domains to another registrar.

do you have any other hosts you would recommend besides internet.bs?

I'm currently with them but they removed paypal and now i'm unable to pay. for some reason my mastercard debit card keeps getting denied from moneybookers, their visa/mastercard option, and the g2c one.

it sucks because I would prefer to stay with them because of the cheap price including private whois.

I talked with my bank and they are acting like they have no idea why my card isn't working and said they could try to re-order a new one for me.. but I don't have time to wait for that.

internet.bs doesn't even have some of the better extensions like .ws or .se

With .coms & other like that still you're f@ked in case of serious problems because ICAN get shut them down regardless of the registrar.

I think only registrars that are connected to icann. I don't believe ws se cc and in are touchable by ICANN (but not 100% sure)

On the other hand if google lists your domain, doesn't matter what extension you have.

Which registrars and domain extensions would be the safest to use in my case(most untouchable) ? And the same for hosting services. Any viable offers on BHW ? Thanks !

Hosting your need off score account.

But domain have to ask the hosting provider there help.

I think there sugest a dns service to bounce off any domain so the main donain dont get ban .

I need a registrar for .ws or .se that ignores DMCA.

No idea how the NIC for .ws hanldes this, but for .se, forget about it, since if the registrar doesn't react, IIS (internetstiftelsen i sverige, in control of all .se domains) will revoke the domain and it's gone anyway.
