Scam Alert- Extreme SEO Tools, extremeseotools.com

So i paid this guy(extreme seo tools owner) for xrumer VPS and he said the account will be setup as soon as the payment is done, after i paid, he messaged me saying that he can't allow me to use the VPS for some reason and refund will be done. I waited 1 month and checked my cc statement and no refund was issued. I emailed him again and he made 100 excuses and the refund was finally done after another 20 days.

I paid him with my credit card, and asked him to cancel my subscription. 5 days ago i saw another charge made by these guys to my credit card and then i emailed him , got no reply till now! He got my credit card information and is not even cancelling my subscription. I am thinking of doing a chargeback which i have never done before.

Can i report his company somewhere so that he can't steal other clients credit card info and charge them anytime he likes?

Also i would like everyone on black hat world to be aware of this scam. He will take your money, cancel your account and also charge you every month for it.

Update- I sent him this thread URL. Now if he replies me with confirmation that refund will be done and my card will not be charged again then i will close this thread.

i am sending him messages for past 3 days, and he is not replying. Also he deleted the main ticket where he was denying for any charges made to my card whereas i clearly saw the charges made by them in my credit card statement.

Dude, just file a charge back, and request your credit card provider to refuse future transactions from that vendor. done deal.

We have training, support and everything else. What issue did you have lol. Everyday we get compliments on our support and how fast response time is.

We find that most times the problem is that most people don't know how to use the software.

Than they get so frustrated that start bad mouthing about us.

Well, guess what? There's nothing different than if you bought the software all yourself and put on your own server only we've done it all for you.

Everything is licensed, so the software is just how it comes. You can't run it than open a ticket we'll help you. Don't run off to forums and bitch. Very low

There is a right way and a wrong way to handle customer service problems on a public forum. Black Hat Dude just showed us the wrong way. I know nothing about this service or even the complaint as I read threads from bottom to top but it doesn't matter, I got through 3 posts from Black Hat Dude and I would never do business with someone that talks to customers like that.

HINT: If customers come to a forum to "bitch" then your customer service isn't as good as you think it is. I think most would rather handle issues with the company than complain on a forum. Take care of them through customer service and you won't be here on the defensive.

the site doesn't look that bad and im guessing it was a subscription setup or something, a lot of people like to complain without reading that they signed up for a subscription agreement, i'd suggest fixing your affiliate image at the bottom it looks way too sloppy.

BHSVPS is the way to go for servers with preloaded IM tools. and I will repeat again extremeseotools are frauds and cheaters.

I don't want to make any claims until I know for sure, But I think I remember who this person is with the credit card incident.

and If I remember correctly and I'm sorry if it's not you but if it is, You made a big mistake making this thread. I most likely still have the ticket

of what you said to us. So don't go saying we didn't try to help you, you started swearing and being ignorant saying don't mess with you and you were the wrong person to mess with
