I GOT SCREWED - Nightmare Happened

I bought a site... it was in a niche I was interested in and had everything I wanted. I had all the content and was ready to get to ranking. 300 bucks was a deal so I bought it on flippa.

2 weeks later I get a nice notice -- Site deindexed and broke some rules...

Back and forth I corrected them all and finally got this today.

We'll review the site. If we find that it's no longer in violation of our Webmaster Guidelines, we'll reconsider our indexing of the site. Please allow several weeks for the reconsideration request. We do review all requests, but unfortunately we can't reply individually to each request.

So My "quick money site" is now a few weeks from a review with Google.

This is not good as I am not certain how the previous links were built etc... Everything about the site now is above board and should show that.

Any idea's? Should I go back to Flippa - been about 3 weeks. Should I clip the dude or rag him on Flippa? He has good buyers reviews etc...

I am very pissed as this took a ton of my time correcting crap I didn't do. Now they are reviewing... WOW

There's not much you can do unless he described the site otherwise on Flippa.

He actually apologized and we are working it all out, not sure how yet but hey. He had described it otherwise with PR and back links...

I knew he was duplicating content and flipping sites but the hard parts for me were done. I could do content and ranking... I don't do graphics etc...

the guy seems to be a standup guy - I figured I was SCREWED.
