I had a Skype meeting scheduled yesterday, and my Skype request I sent two days ago hasn't been accepted yet.

Gregs been on the Skype everyday for about two weeks, could you email/pm your username at all?


We get about 20 requests a day so filtering clients from spam can be tricky at times (we only use for paid clients)

I sent an email with my username, so you should have had it the day before the meeting since you replied to that email with your skype username.

In my skype request, I included my BHW username, my email address, and my website that you guys are working on, so mine should be easily identified as a client and not spam.

We will have our own custom rank tracking back again in about 4 weeks so that's been our main priority

I think that you're missing a trick with not doing custom deals but I can see why you have set deals. Would you consider a proposal if I emailed it to you? I would like more keywords than your 40 odd keywords?

It's more down to the way we have things running, at the moment we have our 'accounts' pretty streamlined and once we start chucking in custom deals it gets tricky.


However, we do have a small number of clients with custom deals so please do email your proposal, we will see what we can do.


In two or three weeks we're going to have a full time member of (proper SEO, not a shitty VA) staff as well, so the options for us and clients will be very flexible and rewarding.


Our main priority's are to get our own rank tracker server back and also be able to have our Skype channel on for at least 12 hours a day, during the week. At the moment Greg does most of the Skype channel during his day time. (paid clients only)

Then we can think properly about custom deals but at the moment, my comments above are the most important
