this is a big issue, trusting 3rd party processors.. big issue. What is your product Negsz? what has been the reason you have not applied for your own merchant? or rather why you have not been approved? did you have your clients CB on the merchant when he didn't pay?

There was never a charge back issue , I did all my best to help the Agents on how to handle the customers. But after 3 Months suddenly he left us with nothing, run off with our last sales. He is just too greedy with money.

Our product are Generic and Herbal Medications.

Our second merchant account was good, I never had trouble with him and he was also my business partner. but then again Online Pharma is a big competition here in our country, So what happened is that He trusted his Merchant to another Pharma people and got charge back due to negligence.

yeah, now that's why I am interested on applying for a merchant account.

if you ever use a 3rd party processor and they run off with your money you should either call the clients and have them all charge back or give your own data to a charge back floor and have them call all your clients and charge back.. the best part is the charge back floor will give you a % of everything they sell.

We sell wrinkle cream, diet pills, colon cleanse pills etc - Everything we sell has FDA approval etc but the issue for most merchant here in australia is our payment model.

he do the typical trial offerings with a auto ship back end - 4.95 upfront for 14 day trial then charge $89.95 then rebill and send out each month the same item until the client ops out.

Please do your research on the companies you work with. As for pharmacy, the only true solutions are out of China. If you need to be hooked up with that, PM me. We have a BIN that we manage for pharmacy there. It has been live for quite sometime (April 2012).

Herbal in the US or Canada is non-existant. Watch out for those offering accounts like that. I know of an aggregator who just went down putting up that image.

If anyone allows you to process MasterCard for pharmacy BEWARE.

We are not looking for anyone less then $50,000 a month, no startups.

dalpay.com I have called that number on the site about 14 times over the course of 30 days and not once has anyone ever picked up the phone. I am in USA and they seem to be in the UK so I make sure that I called during "their business" hours and NEVER an answer. I have heard of them (from BHW) but I have not had any response.
