I wasn't sure of the description but does the proxies resets after 3-5 days and a new set is issued? confused.

So I made payment to get my service active again (wasn't going to use them so I didn't pay that month), got the email for the 1-48 hours automated response, 4 days later no proxies, I also made a support ticket about getting an invoice to make another payment a day after I made a payment that has yet to be responded to.

Not bad, horrible is more like it. Sent in a support ticket for a refund but no response, proxies worked fine for everything else but not what I intended.

It's sad, because Jack is from India where (if he's not able to himself) he could hire a very cheap VA to handle his clients trough Skype and the site.

Hope it improves, sad to see a business that holds a great future not being provided to the fullest.

Telling a new customer they have to wait 1 to 48 hours to receive their service really doesn't make sense to me.
