How to Make Money Writing Articles

Hi

In case I have posted this thread in the wrong section or I'm not allowed to post in this part of the forum, please accept my apology. Can someone please advise me how can I make money writing articles. I don't mean writing for article directories and earning income from affiliate programs because the money takes a long time to come through. I write decent articles and have been able to rank a few of those in the search engines very quickly but I'm still learning keyword research and it would be a while before I will get to know what should I be writing about to make money from affiliate programs.

I would like to offer my article writing services to others. Can someone kindly advise me how can I do that. Do I need to open a sales thread to be considered for that. I will be happy to write a sample for anyone who would consider using my services. I really need to make some money asap but I have been a little reluctant to offer my services in forums because of the stories I have read in a few other forums about getting scammed. Being in such a tight spot financially, thats the last thing I can afford right now.I'll be really grateful if someone will advise me on this.

I too am looking for writing work. I hear Fiverr is good but I have never had any luck there. Freelance sites are being overtaken by people offering dog low rates so it is sort of hard to get in there as well. I hear blogging is good, but i myself have not learned that yet even though I want to learn that as well as affiliate marketing. Good luck!
